I am baaaack-Woohoo
Well we got in this morning from our vacation to Colorado. I have a lot to update but want to do that when I have some more sleep under my belt hehehe.
What I did want to quickly update on was this.....
I did NOT bring my fetal doppler with us on vacation. I wanted to just relax and not obsess over trying to find the heartbeat. Plus I didn't really have time so it worked out well ;)
Anyway We got home this morning and first thing I do is try that thing out. After a few minutes...guess what?!?!?!?!?!? I found the baby's heartbeat!!! You could hear my heartbeat along with it too but you could tell they were two different ones and one was for sure the babys (much faster) and one was mine.
This is such a huge huge milestone for me. HEARING the baby's heartbeat.... That hasn't happened since Little man... So in none of the other pregnancies that ended in miscarriage did I HEAR the heartbeat. I saw it via ultrasound but NEVER heard it with a doppler. I am VERY optimistic.
I will be 13 weeks next week. The END of my first trimester. I will be able to breathe a little and enjoy being pregnant. :)
