My doctor appointment
It all went really well.
First thing is I lost more weight 8 more pounds. The doctor said as long as I am not dieting that weight loss is not a big deal now. I have it to spare ;)
My blood pressure is great on the lower side of normal.
The doctor said all of my bloodwork came back fine. He also said I can stop the Progesterone supplements. I am terrified to stop now though. I am so scared that if I stop something will happen to my little baby.
He found the heartbeat easily. The little mover and shaker kept moving on him though hehehe. The heartrate is in the 150's he says. Well he said he "thinks" because it was hard to get a lock on the little active one :)
I am 13 weeks tomorrow. The end of my first Trimester. Amazing how time flies. I mailed off the present to my mother in law so she will know by weeks end she will be a grandma again. After she knows we will then tell the rest of the family.
Today I was also given the option of the triple screen test. I talked it over with dh and I think we are opting out of it. If there might be something wrong with this baby it would not change how much we love him or her. We would NOT terminate the pregnancy either. So we are going to skip it.
