30 week update
Well today I hit 30 weeks. I cannot believe how far along I am. Heck being in the 30's feel so GREAT. 30 weeks... yup just feels great to say ;)
DH said if this little guy Makes his appearance on George Washington's birthday that we will name him George Washington! lol Hey why not... It will be something that will be special for the little guy!
Anyway the doctors appointment went well. the doc took awhile listening to the babys heartbeat so Baby G kicked HARD. lol The doc said I guess I am done because he has had enough! He said that was a strong kick I said yup you should feel it from this side lol. The heartrate is fine. I gained a pound in 2 weeks which puts me at 12 pounds total thus far. Doc said he would like to see only about 10 pounds more and that will put me under my prepregnancy weight when I deliver lol
We all went up to the labor and delivery ward at our little hospital. They have 2 labor and delivery rooms a few back-ups and a couple post partum rooms. REALLY small. But the nurse was great (no one was in there delivering) she talked to us about everything took the time to show us everything and answered every question we had. It was funny. At this hospital they are VERY liberal in how many people you can have in during the delivery. In the one room there was a recliner, rocking chair and 3 other chairs lol We commented on that and she said if you need more we can get more! hehehe Heck I can have a whole cheering section hehe.
I am just VERY anxious about little guys arrival. So excited. I just want to have him here at home happy and healthy.
