OUCH! Dangit

OK who was the wise guy who made exercise hard?? Seriously folks!
I have started a walking regimen. I am walking one of three different routes 1.5-2 miles depending on which route I take. The hills!!! OK did I say once I like hills and mountains?? yeah I lied (OK not really but work with me here). My calves are SCREAMING. This morning making it down the stairs was a pain in the butt! It actually hurt. I was so tempted to say scratch the walk and just stay in... But I did it anyway.
It will get easier (right???) and I can sneak in some jogging in my walk eventually.

And a HUGE thank you to Michelle for the stroller! It is heaven on the hills and rougher roads. One of the best Shower gifts :)

Yes I can tell you it does get easier ! When I first started walking 3 miles everynight I was dreading it because of how sore I was etc. But after a few weeks, youll be wondering where the soreness went. LoL. What kind of stroller do you have ?
