Grrr
Can I just say that I am sooo done dealing with this mortgage company? I mean seriously it has been almost what 3 months? They are STILL not crediting our payments correctly they are STILL showing us a month behind and are STILL assessing late fees!!
Just so I put it out there we have NEVER missed a payment nor have we ever been late in a payment.
I got ahold of a woman today who looked at the account and promptly put me on hold. Why? because she got ahold of her supervisor immediately. I did not have to demand to speak to a supervisor. I did not have to insist they send me to someone who has a clue.
She said it will be resolved within 48 hours. I WILL be getting a call no waiting on a letter. Though one will be sent. SHE will personally follow up on it. Also all late charges will be reversed and the report to the credit bureaus will AGAIN be reversed.
UGH the calling and talking with people and going over an issue that needs to be resolved long ago is a pain in the rear.
