The oldest
OK I love the boy A LOT. But he needs to remove his head from his butt!
I swear he is going through a hormone shift and going through the teen stuff already.
Anyway yesterday morning dh gets the boy up assists him in making his bed. Let me back track. Dh has been taking the time to help him clean his room properly. The kid has been up to his neck in his own mess and he is not taking our help to do it himself, so he will be hand held through it. Dad has been doing his bestto get Alex living up to his responsibilities and pitching in around the house etc.
Anyway so hubby leaves for work, I start getting ready for my morning doctor appointment. I get done and then I hear running through the house. My oldest had AGAIN fallen asleep downstairs!! He ate breakfast and instead of putting his dish in the dishwasher and then brushing his teeth he laid down on the couch and FELL ASLEEP! He missed his bus. You know that saying lack of planning on your part does not constitute and emergency on my part? Yeah well he doesn't agree HAHAHAHA
So I rush to get ready and drive him to school. Which means I have to rush my middle son out the door and make sure the baby is set...
So I was late to my doctor appointment so they cancelled me COMPLETELY understandable. I MAY get charged a fee for missing the appointment too. Also I told Alex that I love him but I will not excuse his tardiness from school. He flipped saying how he would have to sit through detention yadda yadda. If this were the first time he had done this exact thing I may have more sympathy.
So yeah call me a mean mom if you want but he needs to learn.
