I love it
But when he is actualy doing what he is trained to do he is a much happier man.
He was saying the other night how he cannot wait to get underway again. At first I was a little pissed and a little hurt. but he said it has nothing to do with us it is all about him actually WORKING. I can understand. Plus we all know a sailor belongs at sea.
I just wonder what in the heck he is going to do when the Navy is not a part of our lives any more. 3 more years and he will be in the civilian sector. Maybe he will get something where he travels occasionaly? Hopefully he won't get sick of being at home with the family. Though I do need to say we are NEVER boring.
Ahhh the worries of a military spouse when it comes to retirement. We have handled MUCH time apart. No problem. Will we get sick of one another? Will the decade plus we have been together be all for nothing because we fall apart? UGH I have three years to worry about this right?
Maybe another marriage workshop weekend would be good for us. Heck I know getting away for a night would do ME wonders. A reconnect is greatly needed IMO
