why is it
That whenever you have a problem and then call a technician the problem NEVER happens when they are here??
The cable guy came by to test our system since we have had issues with the sound dropping out. You guessed it, it is completely normal. "It is working just fine Ma'am. Great signal strength".
Good thing is he saw h's birthday present and said it was a good system and gave me some tips for hook-up ;)
