He is three
That is just unbelieveable. My "baby" is a very silly big boy three years old today. He was born on 2/22/05 at 4:44pm and weighed 9 pounds 9 ounces. Even at birth my dear son knew I had a thing for numbers LOL
We went out today he got a haircut. I had EVERY intention of getting his and Bears birthday photos taken (Bear turns one in a week and a half). HOWEVER I got way tired very quick and I BARELY pulled off our trip to Costco.
While we were gone DH got a few things done. He installed my new blinds in our room. LOVE them. He got recycling done which is no small task ;) But the highlight to his accomplishments... He put together the Red Flyer bouncy horse which is minimans FAVORITE thing in the house at the moment :)
He had a smile on his face that just might as well have said "DAD IS THE COOLEST". He bounced on that thing until he was almost too tired to make it back on after he got off of it :)
He got some other toys and each one he truly loved. None of that look of "gee thanks for whatever this is". He had a great day and just seeing him have so much fun was so fufilling (as corny as that sounds). One birthday down. Two more in the next few weeks. One a first birthday which I am so happy to get to celebrate and the next. The arrival of the baby :)
Well I am exhausted, I hurt and I have to get up to go to my NST tomorrow. And if all goes well... the pictures of the boys!
